Amazon CEO Jeff Bezos Become World's Richest person


Jeff  Bezos was the richest person in the world for  on Thursday, with a fortune of over $91 billion. According to a real-time billionaires index compiled by Forbes, the rise pushed the value of Bezos’s fortune to $91 billion , compared with Gates wealth of $90 billion. Forbes is an American business magazine. The magazine is well known for it's lists and rankings, including its lists of the richest Americans and rankings of world's top companies . Forbes started tracking billionaires around the globe in 1987. Bezos is now the 7th person to hold the title of the world’s richest person.






Jeffrey Preston Bezos born on January 12, 1964 is an American technology and retail entrepreneur, investor, and philanthropist who is best known as the founder, chairman, and Chief Executive Officer of Amazon.com, the world's largest online shopping retailer. Bezos founded Amazon.com in 1994 after making a cross-country drive from New York to Seattle, writing up the Amazon business plan on the way. He initially set up the company in his garage. Amazon.com is currently the world's largest Internet sales company on the World Wide Web. When markets opened on July 27, 2017, Bezos briefly became the world's richest person, surpassing Bill Gates with a net worth of just over $90 billion. 




Gates has been the richest man for 6 - 7 years. The only interlopers were Carlos Slim of Mexico, who was the richest man between 2010 and 2012, and Warren Buffett, who was the richest in 2008. Now, the time was changed Jeff Bezos was the richest man in the world.
